Murphy loved his first ever groom! He was so nervous going in but was very happy and relaxed when I picked him up.Sandra took the time to really find out what we wanted and was so good putting Murphy at ease. The groom is fantastic and he smells amazing.See you again soon.

After 12 years of using different groomers I can finally say I have found an excellent one. Sandra really cares about the animals in her care. My dog is very emotional and doesn’t take to new people easily but Sandra really went the extra mile with him. So much so that I don’t think he actually wanted to come home.
On top of this she has given him an excellent cut.
If I could give higher than a 5 star rating I would. I will not be going anywhere else in the future and I will be recommending Sandra to all my friends.

Sandra is absolutely amazing - I can’t recommend her highly enough. My anxious spaniel has struggled with visits to previous groomers but she’s always very excited to see Sandra and happy to be left in her company. Plus she looks fabulous after every visit. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Sandra was great with our 1 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for his first ever groom. Teddy seemed so at ease with her and is looking very handsome now. Definitely recommended!
Sandra did a brilliant job of our dog, Bertie! She was very courteous and accommodating with Bertie, who can be nippy when it comes to grooming.
100% would recommend, worth every penny!

Sandra was very good with my dog Barney who was a tangled mass of fur when I brought him in as I had moved and hadn't had time to get him pooched. I'll happily go back to her in six weeks time. Maybe he'll let her do more of his face!

First time using Dog Hairdo. Sandra was very informative about the service she provided and the cost. She sent lots of information from the beginning, before booking my dog in. My dog spent about 2:30hrs with Sandra so definitely a professional and thorough job. Was delighted with the results and happy to visit again.

Few times my Maltese was by grooming in this places. Every single time was perfectly what I expected.

Took our 4 month old Cockapoo for his first groom - drawn in by the fact it would be a 1-1 only appointment - Sandra was so lovely, welcoming and made sure he was happy and settled! She did THE MOST AMAZING hair cut , he looks brand new! He was calm and happy on collection, would highly recommend!

A great dog groomer in the heart of Fernwood. A truly lovely experience from start to finish everything was of the highest standards, Sandra is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our dog was happy and she was just beautiful after her groom. Highly recommend if you need your dog to be groomed.

Brought my dog here for the first time, wasn’t sure how she’d get on with it being her first time. But Sandra was brilliant managed to get so much fur off her and gave me good recommendations on what brush I needed to help get more hair and keep her cool. Brilliant experience and was so happy at how calm my dog was.
Fantastic groomer, we were really impressed. Our dog came back calm and relaxed when we thought he would be worked up. Would definitely recommend!

Sandra did such an amazing job with my dog! She came home smelling so fresh and clean which has stayed for days. The attention to detail has been wonderful. My dog loved the attention of the one to one, and clearly had a great time because she will always try to make a detour on our walks.I highly recommend.
